The subject I chose to pursue is jobs I hated working in during high school and after my military service, and the common denominator for all of them is customer service. Working in customer service means representing it in a way, but it also means that you are the smallest screw in the system, without influence. All these create frustration among the employees. I obtained the images with the help of black and white photography, the photography was focused on the face or hands. I dealt with the conflict between what the employee must say, and what he really wants but can't, and therefore appears in a small asterisk, in a hidden place.
